When done well, people feel seen, understood and empowered by the world we've helped shape.

Designing for change.

Judged by outcomes over output, not volume shipped. Design is a tool to solve real problems, support real people, and move forward with purpose. Progress over polish. Leave it better than you found it.

Extreme
ownership

Blame game is lame.

Never stop learning.

Question assumptions. Take risks and dream big. Stay humble and grateful. Unstoppable will to go forward.

Never fully satisfied, but pretty damn close.

Never let perfection get in the way of progress.

Take care of each other

Praise publicly, criticize privately. Ask for help when you need it. Help when you see it. Nobody works alone. Pay it forward.

Kind and honest

Do the most right thing in the most right way. Say what you mean. Mean what you say. Don't say it mean.

We are only here on this floating blob once. Don't take it too seriously. Life's short. Enjoy it :)
